Who Cleans My Home?

All MiniMaid staff members are true and legal employees who are screened, trained, uniformed, insured, and bonded. Our supervised team approach of specialists maximizes efficiency and quality.

Does it Matter if the Staff are Actual Employees?

Absolutely. Other maid services may use independent contractors to avoid the paperwork of Revenue Canada, Workers Compensation and payroll taxes. These companies have little control over the contractors, and are not obligated to back up reliability and performance. The use of unregistered individuals can result in tax or insurance liabilities. MiniMaid staff are second to none. We stand behind our performance, and guarantee satisfaction.

Do I Have To Be Home When They Clean?

No, but the choice is yours. Most customers find it convenient to have their homes cleaned while they are at work. It's enjoyable to return to a clean and fresh smelling home. Most of our customers choose to issue a key which we code and keep locked safely until cleaning day, but again, the choice is yours.

How Do I Know You Will Do A Good Job?

No one in the industry goes further to ensure a high quality cleaning than MiniMaid. All of our employees receive thorough training, including a comprehensive video series on quality performance. In the field they work under an experienced Supervisor at all times, who double checks the entire home and leaves a MiniMaid Comment Form after each cleaning for rating and comments. We also provide significant incentives to all employees for the quality of their work as judged by our customers. If there ever is a problem, we'll fix it.

What Do I Have To Supply?

Nothing. MiniMaid provides all the necessary commercial cleaning equipment and supplies. Of course, if you have a special product such as a wax or polish, we'll be happy to use it.

How Do I Know Your Service Meets My Needs?

We will provide you with a detailed description of what our regular cleaning routine includes. Our regular program is based on what most people have told us they are looking for. If you have special concerns and would like to delete or add tasks, we can design a package precisely tailored to your needs. Our goal is customer satisfaction.

How Do I Pay?

Simply leave a cheque out before you go to work, or pay the team directly if you're at home.  Visa or MasterCard are accepted at most of our locations.  Of course, cash is still accepted everywhere.

Am I Committing To A Long Term Contract?

While MiniMaid strives to make all customers long term, we rely on our high quality service and customer satisfaction rather than contracts to retain you as a customer. If you take our service on a regular basis you will be scheduled indefinitely in advance to reserve your preferred day. Should you choose to reschedule or cancel your services, simply call our office.
